Emily has been teaching since 2012, with her first love of Yoga and then quickly unto Pilates. She is a 500hr RYT-E, as well as comprehensively trained in Pilates with Balanced Body among others! Emily is an anatomy nerd, loves to move slowly with precision with the breath. She's a big believer in the power of the mind body connection. Emily's goal is to help as many people move better, live better, and be as pain free and mobile as long as possible. When not at the studio she is a proud mama of two daughters and loves to spend time in nature.
