Growing up in Southern California Mandy has always lived an active and health conscious lifestyle. Her love of fitness and optimum strength lead her to pursue a career in Pilates. Working from the inside out, being strong, feeling connected, limber and not being limited by our physical body is her passion.
She started her journey as a student in 2002 practicing mat Pilates, after injuring her knee while traveling abroad she realized how much Pilates helped her with her rehabilitation. Mandy trained under Jill Cassady, Pilates Technique Certification in Santa Monica where she completed her extensive certification program focusing on the traditional New York style of Pilates in 2013.
Mandy is always looking into new ways to incorporate this classical foundation into her own style while empowering her clients to reach past their limitations, strengthening from the core while focusing on injury prevention.
