Airam Alvarez, known more as Air, has spent most of her days at the gym working as a personal trainer and yoga instructor since 2021. Yet her passion for movement in all it's variations has been life-long. Her first nickname was, "Airam aerobics" given to her by her grandmother for learning the choreography to her VHS work out tapes. Air grew up bilingual and has used it both at work and play.
Her approach is rooted compassion, in meeting each client exactly where they are, offering modifications and guidance that make Pilates accessible to all bodies.
