Monse Chávez, our newest Apprentice Instructor!
With a background in psychology, Monse approaches Pilates through the lens of the mind-body connection. She believes movement is one of the most powerful forms of self-care — not just to build strength, but to quiet the noise and reconnect with yourself.
Her classes are designed to feel both challenging and grounding. Expect thoughtful cueing, controlled burn, and moments that remind you to breathe, reset, and take up space. Monse is passionate about creating an environment where members feel supported, capable, and proud of the work they put in.
As she continues her journey in both education and Pilates, she hopes to eventually teach internationally and expand access to movement. Keep an eye out for her on the schedule!
