Salome is an apprentice Pilates instructor currently completing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Club Pilates. She is also a NASM-certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist. Before transitioning into the fitness industry, Salome spent several years teaching middle school and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Her background in education has shaped her teaching style—she thoughtfully designs each session with structure, purpose, and flow, using clear communication and precise cueing to meet her clients’ unique needs. She offers guidance and meaningful variations, observing and adapting in real time to help clients connect with their bodies through mindful breath and movement, while ensuring every class feels safe, effective, and supportive.
A former small business owner, wife, and mother of four, Salome understands the challenges of balancing wellness with everyday life. Her approach to Pilates combines mindful movement, precision of form, and intentional practice, emphasizing quality over quantity and helping clients develop a stronger mind–body connection. She believes movement is not only a path to physical alignment but also to mental clarity and emotional well-being, with the goal of leaving each client feeling balanced, centered, and restored.
