Robin discovered Pilates as an alternative to a gym workout. With a background in Dance, primarily Ballet, Robin loves the fluidity of Pilates, the goal of moving the body in all directions, getting a full body work out each session as well as the focus on strength, stability and core training. After two years as a member, Robin completed the Club Pilates 500 hour comprehensive instructor certification and is excited to help Club Pilates members find their strength, flexibility and confidence through her classes. Robin has three grown children and spends her personal time remodeling her house, traveling, and spending time with her kids.
