Shana began her Pilates journey as a multi-year member of our Coppell location. She tried, and eventually became bored with several different exercise formats (weight machines, barre, yoga etc.). Pilates has been the first fitness regimen that Shana has stuck with. After she “joined” the 250 class club at Club Pilates, Shana decided that she wanted to share her love of Pilates with others. Shana then made the decision to enroll in the 500 Hour Club Pilates Teacher Training program, after leaving a several-decade career in the corporate world. Shana is passionate helping others learn about, and experience, all the benefits and variety that Pilates provides.
