Hi, I’m Ashley! I began my Pilates journey about 9 years ago, initially seeking a gentle yet effective way to improve flexibility, build strength, and recover from injury. It wasn’t long before I discovered the profound impact Pilates had not only on my body but also on my mind and overall well-being. This personal transformation sparked a deep desire to share the benefits of Pilates with others.
When I’m not teaching Pilates, I enjoy exploring the world with my daughter, reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends & family.
