Sonja is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, having completed comprehensive training across all equipment and levels in January 2025.
Sonja first discovered Pilates over 10 years ago while working in film and advertising, and discovered how much it improved her lower back pain, mobility, flexibility, and overall strength.
Inspired by her own Pilates experience, she became an instructor to help others achieve the same improvements in their health and well-being. Passionate about guiding clients to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies, her teaching style emphasizes alignment, body awareness, and functional strength.
At Club Pilates, she especially enjoys teaching Cardio Sculpt, Reformer Flow, and Control classes, where she blends energy and precision to create an engaging, supportive, and empowering experience.
