Shari has been a fitness instructor and trainer for over 30 years. As a fitness enthusiast she teaches a wide range of classes from spin, cardio hi-low, strength, BOSU and TRX but nothing has changed her body as much as Pilates. She completed her training at PHI Pilates and has been helping others realize the benefit of Pilates since 2004.

Fun Fact: After recovering from hip replacement surgery Shari came in 3rd place in her company’s step up challenge for most steps walked by an employee over a three month period.
