As a proud mother of two grown men and a dedicated nurse with 35 years of experience, I've learned the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. My journey in fitness began back in the days of vibrant leotards, big hair, and sweatbands, and it's a path I've continued to follow ever since. I'm thrilled to see my boys embracing the value of regular exercise and healthy eating, and I'm grateful to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who share my passion for life. Through my own experiences, I've come to realize that staying active is crucial to maintaining my independence and mobility as I age. This insight has inspired me to practice Pilates and support others on their own fitness journeys, empowering them to live their best lives.
