Colleen began her fitness journey in 2018 with the goal of losing weight. What started as a weight-loss effort quickly evolved into a commitment to living a healthier lifestyle. Early in her journey, she focused primarily on cardio and weightlifting. After several years, however, she found herself looking for a new challenge to keep her motivated and engaged in her workouts.
A friend invited her to visit a newly opened Club Pilates studio and after her first session, she was immediately hooked. She discovered that Pilates targeted smaller, deeper muscles that her previous workouts had not fully engaged. As she continued her Pilates practice, she experienced noticeable improvements in her flexibility, mobility, and core strength.
Colleen credits Pilates with significantly improving both her physical and mental well-being. In 2025, she completed her 500-hour teacher certification. Since then, she has been passionate about sharing Pilates with others and teaching that Pilates truly is for every body. She looks forward to continuing to support and inspire others on their own health and fitness journeys. Outside of the studio Colleen has a passion for both animals and automobiles. She is an avid animal lover and automotive enthusiast who enjoys racing, showing, and working on cars in her free time.
