Andrew has a passion for staying healthy through exercise. He is a runner, cyclist, soccer player and mountain biker. With activity came injuries and Andrew found his way to Pilates to help overcome an injury sustained during training for the London Marathon. Pilates helped him overcome the injury by providing balance and strength not only in training but in all aspects of movement. His passion for Pilates helps to keep him injury free to enjoy his active lifestyle. Andrew completed his Club Pilates Comprehensive certification in 2020. He enjoys teaching all classes with a passion for helping everyone enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
