Samantha discovered Mat Pilates in 2012 and started training to maximize flexibility & core strength to help with gymnastics, dancing, & competitive cheerleading through school. In college she continued focusing on stretching & mobilty in Mat Pilates & yoga practice. After working at Club Pilates front desk, she fell in love with reformer Pilates & its accessibility for every BODY. She decided to enroll in Teacher Training so she could share the benefits of Pilates with others! Her classes are about maximizing clients flexibility, alignment, increasing strength, protecting & healing from injury, & building confidence! Her teaching style is enthusiastic, encouraging & fun! She can’t wait to share her passion for Pilates with you!
