Julia

My name is Julia Kempe and I was born and raised in Madisonville, Louisiana. I’ve always been an outdoorsy person which grew after moving and spending about half my life in Hawaii. Which I moved back home from two years ago to be closer to family. Now I spend all my free time in the Folsom woods or our cow fields with my 15-month-old daughter and partner. I first fell in love with Pilates at 18 and started training at 19. I finished my training at 20 but wasn’t ready to teach yet. So, for the next four years, I taught friends and family trying to get confident and comfortable. Twenty years later, and I have taught everyone from celebrities to ten-year-olds and every type of body in between. I started working for Club Pilates outside Seattle, Washington about six years ago. And I absolutely love teaching for the Club Pilates company and was so happy to have one open on the Northshore. It has never been my job and always been my passion. I feel truly blessed to get to do what I love- helping people enjoy living in their bodies.
