            Michelle Jones has a background in teaching dance and yoga.  She fell in love with Pilate's ability to destress the mind and transform the body.  She took her first pilates class after a recommendation from her chiropractor.  "My rehabilitation after my car accident was a long process, but pilates helped me regain the strength in my body and keep me out of pain.   I looked forward to the sense of community she felt in class".
