Carol has always had a love of fitness. As her love of fitness grew, she started to include weight training and bodybuilding over the years. Taking her love of fitness to another level, she became certified as a personal trainer. She took a 10-year break from fitness while going to graduate school to become a Special Education Teacher.
During this break from her fitness routine, is when she began to feel out of shape and started having severe hip pain. On the advice of her doctor, she began Pilates. At first, Carol was intimidated by the look of the reformer; she had never been very limber. Finally, she decided to try a class and was immediately hooked. Carol says that Club Pilates saved her! She became stronger and felt so good that she decided to spread the word and participate in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Carol is known for her anatomical prowess, calm voice, warm heart, and amazing music selections!
