Oran first discovered Pilates after suffering an injury while playing football in college. He wanted to know if there was anything he could do to prevent injuries. The goal was to make his body "injury-proof". Oran researched professional athletes who always seemed to stay healthy. Pilates was the recurring theme among all of them, no matter the sport. Through Pilates, he learned that a flexible body with a strong core is the key to durability. Every "Body" can benefit from the power of Pilates. Oran became a Pilates instructor to share that knowledge.
