Brooklynn is an enthusiastic Club Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. With two years of experience in teaching Pilates, Brooklynn has a unique journey that led her to become an instructor. Having initially started at the front desk of Club Pilates, Brooklynn was inspired by the incredible transformations she witnessed in clients as they embarked on their Pilates journeys. This firsthand experience motivated her to become more deeply involved in helping people on their path to better health and well-being. Brooklynn's love for Pilates grew out of her own experiences as a college volleyball player. She knows firsthand the demands and challenges that come with a rigorous athletic career. Looking back, she wishes she had discovered Pilates during her college volleyball days, as it could have played a crucial role in her injury rehabilitation and overall physical conditioning. Now, as a Club Pilates instructor, Brooklynn is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with her clients. She understands the importance of building core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, which are not only essential for athletes but for anyone looking to improve their fitness and quality of life.
