I was first introduced to Pilates in 2009 in Montreal; I completed the Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level I training program in Laval, Quebec and Level II training program in Ennis, Montana, USA. I started teaching Pilates in 2014 at Clinique Inspiration in Laval Québec and following my move to Calgary in 2015, I was a teacher at B2P Pilates + Athletics for 2 years.
I have a big passion for sport and physical activity. Born in a family of high level athletes and coaches, I was raised with the values and the benefits of sport. I believe in the importance and role of physical activity in all day-life, as well as healing through movement.
I have a Bachelor Degree in physical education and sport (Romania) and Advanced Coaching Diploma issued by National Coaching Institute (INS Quebec). I have a 21 years’ experience of coaching in both short track and long track speed skating, at all levels. I coached in Romania, Slovenia and Canada (8 years in Laval and Montreal, Quebec and since 2015 in Calgary) Currently I am a short track speed skating coach at the Calgary Olympic Oval - Elite Pathway Program.
