Sandy
Instructor
I’m Sandy! My path to becoming a Pilates instructor began with my own healing journey. Years ago, a sports injury left me with an ankle fracture that, even after physiotherapy, continued to affect my balance and coordination. When I walked into my very first Pilates class, I was fortunate to meet a cheerful and encouraging instructor who changed everything for me. That transformative experience sparked not just my recovery, but my lifelong passion for Pilates.
Since earning my Polestar ertification in 2021, I've continued expanding my expertise through STOTT training and certifications across all Club Pilates equipment. My love for movement and sports has led me to pursue additional qualifications as a personal trainer and in sport performance and strength and conditioning, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how our bodies move and adapt.
What excites me most about teaching at Club Pilates is my deep belief that everyone can benefit from this incredible practice. Club Pilates offers something truly unique in how it builds strength in both large and small muscle groups while enhancing coordination and that vital mind-body connection we all need.
In every class, I'm committed to bringing the same sense of achievement and enjoyment that my first instructor gave me. My goal is for you to walk out of our studio feeling stronger not just physically, but mentally too, carrying that confidence into everything you do!
