To me Pilates goes so much beyond the physical workout - it is much about the mental health benefits. Pilates has changed my life in both my physical and my mental wellbeing, I hope I can bring both of these aspects to all of you.
When you take class, I want you to know I care and I am truly grateful you are giving me the opportunity to be apart of your life. The 50 minutes of each class are dedicated to yourself - it’s your selfish time and if I am lucky enough to be apart of it I will not let you down. I want to be able to give you self - confidence, support, trust, and love back to everyone who gives me the opportunity.
