Before coming to Pilates, Trish couldn’t find an exercise she really liked. Now, having enjoyed its benefits for over a decade, she is excited to share her passion and knowledge with others. She appreciates that it is a fitness program for all ages and ailments and especially likes helping people improve their overall strength and flexibility. Trish has a lifelong love of food and is published cookbook author and consultant. She holds a culinary degree from the Institute of Culinary Education and a Master’s in Food Studies from NYU where she later served as coordinator of food programs in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies. She looks forward to keeping you stay young with Pilates.
