Eunice L.
Instructor
Growing up in Shanghai, Eunice Liu always found joy in movement. She later studied
Philosophy and Psychology at Kenyon College, where she ran cross-country, competed in track and field, and founded the school’s first badminton team. After graduation, she continued to challenge herself through half marathons, boxing, and more competitive badminton—until an ACL tear and hamstring graft surgery became a turning point in her journey.
Searching for a safe and effective way to recover, Eunice discovered Pilates as the key to her rehabilitation and went on to complete formal training in STOTT PILATES. What began as healing soon grew into a passion, as Pilates helped her restore balance, strengthen overlooked muscles, and rebuild confidence in her body. Eunice believes Pilates is not just exercise, but a way to reconnect with yourself, find healing, and build strength for life. Her greatest joy is seeing clients leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more at ease in their own bodies.
