Meet Nayri!
Nayri, one of our Pilates instructors, lifelong artist and devoted mom of two boys. Raised in a creative family, her journey into Pilates was unexpected—but deeply transformative. After years of chronic back pain, Pilates helped her regain strength, balance, and freedom of movement.
Nayri’s teaching style emphasizes mindful movement and intentional breathing, reminding clients that breath is the bridge between the body and mind. Her classes focus on awareness, control, and ease, supporting both physical and mental well-being.
With a creative, empathetic, and thoughtful approach, Nayri is passionate about empowering clients to feel confident and strong in their bodies. She is trilingual and teaches in English, Farsi, and Armenian.
