Lead Instructor
Paula Mourin is a classically and contemporarily certified Pilates instructor with over two years of teaching experience. Originally from Brazil, she began teaching Pilates in a church setting to connect with her community, later expanding to Club Pilates studios across South Florida and outreach programs in local prisons. These meaningful experiences opened doors to opportunities both in the U.S. and abroad.
After relocating to Tennessee in October, Paula has continued sharing her passion with the Greater Memphis community. She is a proud wife, mother to a 23-year-old daughter, and a devoted Christian. Paula speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English—with an accent and the occasional made-up word (always good for a smile!). She strives to create an inclusive, uplifting environment where every client feels seen, supported, and strong—inside and out.
