Jim Mabes began his fitness journey in 2004 after he took my first yoga class. Jim has been a certified instructor for 15 years and a 200 hr RYT yoga instructor since 2012. HE has studied yoga under Bryan Kest, Beth Shaw, Diamond Dallas Page and Craig Aaron. Jim took his first pilates class in April of 2018 after seeing an instagram video of Sylvester Stallone working on a pilates reformer. Jim says, “I loved the way it made me feel and became interested in teaching pilates to help and encourage others to build and maintain their strength and flexibility. Pilates has strengthened my core so much that I am stronger today than I was when I was 21 years old.” A healthy spine is the key to staying young for a long time. That must be why professional athletes are now discovering that a strong healthy spine is a must for career longevity. Jim’s favorite quote about health is "Take care of your body.
