Lia Jordan has been teaching Pilates, TRX and Core Barre for over 6 years in the East Cobb area. She enjoys the physical and mental benefits of all exercise. A busy mom of three children she was looking for a safe and healthy way to exercise that would produce results without risk of injury. Pilates was the key. “I experienced positive changes in my body that running and lifting weights were not producing. I learned to engage my core, release the tension in my neck and improve my posture. This body awareness enabled me to continue to pursue all aspects of exercise safely and with better physical results.” As a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor, Lia brings her experience and knowledge to Club Pilates with professionalism and enthusiasm.
