Club Pilates Certified Master Trainer/Lead Instructor
For Gina Berta, fitness is a way of life. A fitness entrepreneur and former owner of a successful upscale Pilates studio with over 35 years of fitness and wellness experience, makes Gina an expert who is more than qualified to serve our clients’ needs. In addition to being a nationally certified Pilates instructor, Gina is a NASM certified personal trainer, AFAA group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, spinning instructor and a cancer exercise specialist. It only took one Pilates class at a New York City fitness convention in 2003 for Gina to fall in love with Pilates. Gina’s Favorite class to teach is Club Pilates Suspend, favorite exercise “Feet in Straps” Leg Circles and her Least favorite Teaser (when not working), Gina enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and her golden retriever, KC.
Gina will be gracing us with her talent and expertise starting in August, and we are so excited for all our members to meet her! Gina will be teaching Monday mornings 9am -1pm and Thursday mornings 6am-8am!

This signature class is proven to reduce cellulite and muscle soreness as well as increase performance and reduce the risk of injury.
