Greg started his Pilates journey years ago with a few mat classes. Over the past 6 years Pilates as become part of his daily way of life helping him maintain his significant weight loss. Greg has seen the benefits of Pilates in his own life and believes everyone should have the opportunity to experience them. Greg completed the 500-hour Club Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training to become a fully certified instructor and is currently an apprentice in The Pilates Standard comprehensive teacher training program. Greg’s attends private sessions with many second and third generation Pilates instructors in order to further hone his practice and his teaching credentials. Greg wants to help increase mens awareness of the benefits of Pilates and is looking to create programs focused on mens health. Additionally, Greg hopes to help students find a love for pilates and establish their core practice based in classical pilates principal’s pf Control, Concentration, Centering, Breath, Precision, and Flow. Greg is available for private training & will be teaching on Sunday afternoons at Club Pilates Metuchen!
