Joy
Joy’s love for Pilates began when she sought an exercise to help manage the chronic pain from herniated discs caused by a car accident. After just two months of classes, her pain had reduced exponentially, and she became more in tune with her body during both exercise and daily activities. Given her extensive background in martial arts, kickboxing, ballet, and cheerleading, she fell in love with how Pilates rehabilitated her spine and built core strength. Following her own success, she decided to become an instructor to help others heal their bodies and develop functional strength.
