Chelsea is a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping her clients build confidence through mindful movement. Whether that's building or regaining strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind, she first discovered Pilates in her early college years and fell in love with the practice. It piqued her interest in becoming an instructor after learning how Pilates can be adapted to suit any fitness level, allowing her to help a wide range of people both mentally and physically. Outside of teaching Pilates, Chelsea also works in marketing, enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys creating a fun and supportive classroom environment. Her overall goal is to have her clients leave class feeling empowered, strong, and at peace!
