Alexandria is a proud Memphis native and honors graduate of the University of Memphis. Her lifelong passion for movement began through sports like tennis, cheerleading, and track. She has years of experience teaching yoga and was eager to deepen her connection to mindful movement through Pilates.
With a unique background as a contortionist and years of strength training, Alexandria brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to every class. She appreciates how Pilates both challenges and strengthens the body in a balanced, sustainable way.
Alexandria is thrilled to share her love of Pilates with the community and is passionate about helping others feel strong, connected, and empowered both mentally and physically after every class.
