Sara Grizzle has been teaching fitness since 2017 starting with a 200-hour Yoga certification and adding a comprehensive Pilates certification to her expertise. She also completed an additional 300-hour therapeutic yoga practices certification. Sara enjoys teaching both group classes and private sessions in Yoga and Pilates. No matter the discipline her goal is the same, keep participants moving safely, even when they’re injured or experiencing pain. Her favorite thing is knowing she’s participated in someone’s healing. Sara believes in reframing your mindset from exercise as punishment to exercise as joy that makes you feel good and you love. She encourages you pay attention to your breath, especially when the work is the most challenging to aid in this transition of your mindset. She teaches you to move intentionally and with control. She's constantly refining her cues to help you feel the work where you need it, while still giving you the freedom to listen to your body. When you take a class or private session with Sara you get a positive environment for your mind, body and spirit to get centered and thrive. She loves teaching and will take time to learn about your body so she can provide the best experience for you.
