After discovering that Pilates significantly improved her arthritis and made her feel strong and capable again, Tanya knew she wanted to share that gift with others. Following retirement, she pursued her passion and began teaching Pilates, turning personal transformation into purpose.
As a lifelong learner, Tanya is committed to continually expanding her knowledge so she can help others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She believes in the power of consistent movement and is passionate about helping each client experience the benefits of Pilates — one class at a time.
