Karina began her pilates journey in 2019 after the birth of her first child, when it was recommended to support her postpartum recovery. From that very first session, she fell in love with the practice and the way it helped her reconnect with her body through movement. She has been teaching for the past two years and is passionate about guiding others to experience that same sense of connection and progression.
Karina loves witnessing her clients grow stronger, both physically and mentally, and celebrates every milestone along the way. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, going on walks, hiking, and staying active. She believes deeply in the power of mindful movement and the mind–body connection to support a vibrant, balanced life.
