Melany discovered Pilates a couple of years ago through a friend, and it quickly became an important part of her life. It has helped her stay active while navigating health challenges and taught her how to truly connect with her body through breath and movement. That mind-body connection was so transformative that she felt inspired to begin teaching and share the practice with others.
She has been teaching at Club Pilates for a few months and has felt very welcomed by the team and members. One of Melany’s favorite parts of teaching is building a sense of community in the studio. In her classes, students can expect a warm and supportive environment where they’ll be encouraged, challenged at their own pace, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and proud of what their bodies can do.
When she’s not teaching or in school, Melany can usually be found outdoors. She loves rock climbing, hiking, exploring new trails, and spending time in nature.
