Christina T.

Instructor
Christina has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years, and it has truly shaped the way she moves and lives. After she had major back surgery in 2020, Pilates was a critical part of her rehab and helped her return to the activities she loves while reconnecting with a healthier version of herself. That journey inspired her to pursue a Pilates instructor certification so she could help others build strength, resilience, and confidence—not just in their bodies, but in their overall well-being. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Christina relocated to Colorado Springs in 2002 with her husband, a Colorado Springs native. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband, son, dogs, and friends—especially hiking, Nordic and downhill skiing, and camping. She is also passionate about travel and learning about new cultures through cooking and local cuisine. After retiring from her corporate career, she has been able to focus more deeply on community service, supporting children’s health, safety, and development through volunteering in the Academy School District 20 and board service with Kidpower Colorado and Every Child Pediatrics. For Christina, Pilates is about more than exercise—it’s a practice that supports moving through life with strength, awareness, and a deeper sense of balance.
