Denise Paganacci

Denise was born and raised in Miami, FL. In Florida, she owned a dance studio and taught ballet, jazz and tap to people aged 3 to adults. She sold her dance studio to pursue a career with the fire department. She became a paramedic lieutenant firefighter. While there, she also initiated a fitness program for firefighters. She found the firefighters had a lot of back injuries and cardiac issues and she partnered with another firefighter to create circuits to benefit and prevent injury within the units. While working as a firefighter, she completed her Pilates certification through Club Pilates. She retired in 2018 and relocated her family to Monument, CO in 2020.
