T.J. was born into a military family and later joined the Air Force herself, which gave her a deep love of travel and resilience. Though she’s lived all over, Colorado has always felt like home—and she returned for good in 2020 during the pandemic. T.J. discovered Pilates 13 years ago after being referred by a physical therapist to support recovery from a series of knee reconstruction surgeries. Pilates not only helped her heal but also enabled her to stay in the military and continue passing fitness assessments—making her a true
believer in the Club Pilates motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
After several moves and time away from the practice, T.J. returned to Pilates again—this time to rehab from ankle and shoulder surgeries. Each experience deepened her appreciation for Pilates as more than just a workout. To her, it’s a full-body conditioning method that strengthens, lengthens, and restores balance. Now a certified Pilates instructor, T.J. is passionate about helping others build strength, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement.
