Specializing in contemporary Pilates, she focuses on breath, strength, flexibility, and proper body mechanics to help clients move and feel their best. Her approach is energetic, supportive, and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on deep core stabilization, posture, and rehabilitative movement. Andrea’s passion for Pilates grew from her own journey overcoming knee pain, inspiring her to help others build strength and confidence in their bodies. She loves working with mixed-level groups and is dedicated to creating challenging, effective, and uplifting classes for every client.
