Erin Chambers is a former dancer and cheerleader and has practiced yoga and Pilates for over 14 years. She completed her comprehensive Pilates instructor training in 2017 and also holds certifications in Barre and TRX. Erin stands by the philosophy that working out can be accessible to all bodies, ages and skill levels. She has worked with clients coming back from injury, surgery rehabilitation, joint replacement and those with long term diagnosis like traumatic brain injury (TBI), MS and arthritis. Her goal is to help clients improve their posture, flexibility, strength and balance in a fun, laid back environment. When not in the studio Erin enjoys hiking and exploring breweries with her husband and 75lb lab mix Bruce Lee.
