Being in fitness for 20 plus years I was always looking for something that could teach others proper form and technique with more ease and understanding. Teaching pilates gives me the language and semantics to do that more seamlessly.
My background includes all modalities of fitness; spin, kickboxing, weight lifting, and even swimming.
However being a practitioner of pilates really helped me find balance and controllability in myself and clients alike.
