Danica was born and raised in the Bay Area and has been teaching Pilates since 2023. She loves Pilates because it improves balance, coordination, posture, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Danica loves sharing the health benefits of Pilates in a fun and encouraging way. When she is not teaching you can find her reading, knitting, practicing yoga, or exploring other group fitness classes.
