Ana pioneered Personal Training at The (first) Vertical Club in NYC where she worked training celebrities. Through her success as a trainer, she started her own company while simultaneously working at a fitness and dance rehabilitation center on the Upper East Side. There, she created training programs for seniors and rehabbed patients with injuries.
She has developed a signature training technique, which combines a functional system of working the body, Pilates, posture, balance, and core work.
Her loving spirit and dedication to movement inspires many while empowering her to be the best instructor she can be. She's comfortable teaching group classes as well as private sessions and she's excited to be a part of the CP Mount Kisco team!
