Angie started Pilates out of curiosity and a desire to try something new. She soon fell in love with it, mostly because of how great a session of Pilates left her body feeling! Angie decided to complete the 500-hour Comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training Program to deepen her knowledge in Pilates. As she worked on finishing her hours, she realized how much she enjoyed sharing Pilates with others. Through her training, Angie recognized that teaching Pilates was a way for her to share her perspective of both exercise and aging. She believes we can take ownership in how we age by taking care of our bodies through Pilates, which helps maintain or improve balance, muscle strength, and flexibility. Angie believes physical activity should leave you feeling confident and happy. Her hope is that after taking a class, you walk out of the studio feeling that way.
