Originally from Texas, I moved here pursing my passion and career as a professional dancer. Being a dancer, I was always looking for ways improve my body's performance through strength, flexibility and control. I not only found those things through Pilates, but also injury prevention and recovery.
I have been an instructor of several different formats of fitness and dance through the years and Pilates has truly become a new passion for me. I love being able to share that passion with our members. Watching members get stronger and reach new milestones through consistency and hard work is one of the many perks of being an Instructor.
