Mary is a former collegiate soccer player whose lifelong passion for fitness naturally led her to Pilates. After facing two hip injuries and the demands of motherhood, Mary realized that running was no longer sustainable. Looking for a way to stay active and heal her body, she discovered Pilates—and was instantly hooked.
The mind-body connection, scalable challenges, and supportive community all resonated deeply with her. Inspired by how Pilates helped her regain strength and flexibility, Mary pursued her comprehensive teacher certification to share that experience with others.
