Molly has always been active with her background in dance. After dance, she was looking for a workout that would provide a similar feeling to it, provide variety and a fun and safe way to exercise and train. I love that Pilates is safe for everyone especially those with injuries or special conditions that require special care. I also love how Pilates focuses on smaller, supporting muscles that are harder to target especially for heavy weight lifting. By strengthening those smaller muscles heavy weight lifters can progress more quickly.
In 2017, Molly started the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. She earned her comprehensive certification in 2020 and has been teaching ever since. In addition, has her ISSA personal training certification, an extensive dance background (ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary), completed a Broadway Dance Center Professional Semester in 2019 and has her Bachelors in Dance from Mercyhurst University in 2016.
Molly was born and raised in Westerville, OH but moved to Los Angeles after college for 3 years to work in the dance industry. Her next stop was NYC to pursue dance in another environment and that’s where her fitness career really took off. In 2025, Molly made the decision to also become a Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines. She loves to travel, spend time at the beach with friends and family and horseback riding.
