Lisa is a comprehensive Pilates instructor whose passion for Pilates began more than 25 years ago. On her journey to becoming a Pilates instructor she completed a competitive 500-hour Pilates Teaching Certificate. Now Lisa specializes in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and individualized training sessions that help her students evolve their self-care and fitness goals. Lisa approaches every class with the goal of building strength, endurance, and mobility in both the mind and body. Outside of the studio Lisa enjoys mountain views, live music, French fries, and playing with her grandson. Lisa also loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures. In total she’s been to forty-five of fifty states, and twelve countries!
